Epiphany Parish thrives because of the energy and style of the people who have stepped up to lead. Here are a few of the people that make Epiphany Parish's church community special:

The Reverend Christen H. Mills, Priest-in-Charge

The Rev. Christen H. Mills is the Priest-in-Charge at Epiphany Parish. She is passionate about congregational ministry and especially enjoys working with and getting to know people of all ages and hearing their stories of what Christ is doing in their lives.

Christen studied at Boston University and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion and Art History. After graduation she worked in retail as a sales associate and trainer at Ann Taylor and Borders Stores. In 2010, Christen served as a Young Adult Service Corps Missionary to Nagoya, Japan and spent a year supporting various ministries of the Anglican Diocese of Chubu. She received her Master of Divinity degree from Virginia Theological Seminary in 2014.

On June 7, 2014 Christen was ordained as a deacon by the Rt. Rev. M. Thomas Shaw and she was ordained as a priest on January 10, 2015 by the Rt. Rev. Alan M. Gates. She served as assistant rector at St. Peter’s in Weston, MA from August 2014-October 2016. During this time, Christen also worked as the Site-Director of the Boston Warm homeless day shelter at Emmanuel Church and as the Administrative Assistant at Emmanuel Church. Christen was appointed the Priest-in-Charge at Epiphany Parish in November of 2016.

Christen lives in Walpole, MA and is engaged to Dan Hicks. She can be reached at Christen.Epiphany@gmail.com
