Annual Pumpkin Patch

Each October, Epiphany Parish's lawn becomes home to thousands of pumpkins. The pumpkins are consigned from a Navajo Reservation in Farmington, New Mexico. More than 1,000 Native Americans are employed and over 2 million dollars are raised for the reservation's local economy each pumpkin season. In addition to the outreach provided to the Navajo people, Epiphany also supports various other organizations including The Walpole Food Pantry and The American Red Cross.  Many volunteers are needed each year to host the Pumpkin Patch.  The schedule is broken up into 2 hour shifts throughout the month. Contact the church office if you would like to join the committee or help in the patch.

The 2016 Pumpkin crop arrives on Sunday, October 2.  We welcome volunteers for off-loading the trailer.  Watch our home page for details on delivery time and procedures.

The patch will be open Monday – Friday from 11:30am to 5:30pm

and Saturday & Sunday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Working at the patch is fun –

we are sure we have a time that will work with your already busy schedule!

We are also flexible, so if splitting a shift works better for you let us know.

Sign up on the poster in the undercroft on Sunday morning or go on line to

to see what shifts are available and to sign up from home.

On Sundays, October 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30 the patch will also feature a Baked Goods table. Come purchase a wonderful homemade treat or two while picking out your pumpkins!
